Brinscall Cricket Club was founded in 1852. In 2027 we mark 175 years of cricket in the village, one of the oldest clubs in the North West.
Plans are taking shape for a year of celebration, bringing together current players, juniors, members, former players and the wider Brinscall community.
What we’re planning
- Food: Anniversary dinners, match-day catering and a celebration meal in the function room.
- Drink: A special bar offering through the season, including commemorative drinks where we can.
- Entertainment: Socials, live music, guest speakers and cricket to match the occasion.
- Raffle: Anniversary raffles and fundraising to support the next chapter of the club.
More events will be added as the programme is confirmed. If you would like to be involved, whether playing, volunteering or sponsoring, please get in touch.
